It's nearly time to kick back, relax and enjoy the holiday season. The team here at The Business Collective are excited for a summer break after a busy and successful twelve months.

As we see out the rest of November, the Kiwi summer holiday season feels right around the corner. Get ready to embrace the sun, sand and those classic kiwi BBQ gatherings. Before we dive into summer though we've got a busy few weeks left down here at The Business Collective.

As the days grow longer, we're thrilled to welcome the refreshing energy that comes with spring down here at The Business Collective. October is a month that marks the approach of the end-of-the-year, if you've got ideas to plan out before 2024 - now is your time to do so. Our space is perfect to channel that inner productivity, we have membership and day/hourly pass options available. Visit us for a quick tour, we'd be happy to show you around.

Last week was another exciting one down here at The Business Collective in Ōtorohanga.

We've been working behind the scenes to bring you not one, not two, but five game-changing events.

If you follow us on social media, you may have already seen we have launched a series of workshops to help small businesses push boundaries and learn new skills. We've also added a couple artistic workshops if you've been wanting to fill your creative cup - these might be for you!

It's crazy to think we're already half way through August and on our way to Spring! The team at The BC are all looking forward to longer (and sunnier!) days which hopefully aren't too far away.

We've had an eventful start to July at The Business Collective. You may have seen (or attended) one of our recent workshops we hosted. At the end of June we held a sold-out Candle Making Workshop with Wix's Lane Co - a small family business based in the Waikato. It was a typical winter's night but that didn't stop a keen group of participants from venturing out to learn the art of soy candle making and taking home their own curated candles.

It's been a chilly start to Winter down here in Ōtorohanga but that's not stopped people from getting out and about. We've been kept busy with a number of meetings and large conferences throughout the month with the addition of some new members. If you are looking for a warm, relaxed space to work from, feel free to pop down for a tour - we'd love to show you around.

We started May on a high down here at The Business Collective - hosting our first Social Media Workshop with Millie & Aimee from The Social Circle. Social Media is changing so frequently that keeping up to date is imperative for most businesses these days. We're looking forward to offering our community more options to learn and educate themselves.

We're well and truly into Autumn now and you can definitely feel the change of temperature most mornings! We've been keeping cosy down at The Business Collective and getting ready for another busy month ahead.
